At your request, this office reviewed the existing plans for the subject to remove non -
bearing walls.
The framing at all levels for this building extends in the North -South direction.
You may remove any interior North -South walls from the second or third levels of this
building without affecting the structural integrity of the lateral or gravity systems (see
attached plans).
