We were informed of a callout that we have on our structural plans, for PT 2x10 joists in an elevated condition
where the framing is not exposed to moisture/weathering, and the intent for PT was questioned.
Response: We apologize, the reference to pressure treated (PT) lumber is a typo and typical 2x HF #2 joists or
better, is adequate for the application in reference. Please let this letter serve as an addendum to the plan callouts
and the remainder of the plan solutions to be referenced but, without the PT reference in this location.
