We were informed of changes made to the wall between the living room and dining room at the Folk
Residence project. Previously a single 8'-0" opening was specified as shown in the first image below. It has
since been confirmed that the wall in question is a 2x8 wall. The as -build condition was constructed with
three openings as shown in the second image below.

Please refer to the partial framing plan below for the required minimum framing of the wall in question,
which aligns with information of as -built information that has been provided to us. Additionally, please see
attached calculations which confirm the headers are adequate and that the new opening concentrated
loads are adequately redistributed to the existing foundation below equivalent to the original foundation
loading. This new condition is acceptable structurally.
