timeline- RAMAN1) Development review committee meeting (DRC) Project No: DRC2019-0027 was completed
10/17/2019 to see if it would be possible to remodel work under 75% rule. There was no charge
for this meeting.
2) 2"d DRC Project No: DRC2022-0033 was completed January 5th, 2023 to discuss demolition of
home & total re -build. There was no charge for this meeting.
3) Critical area review Project No: CRA2023-0008 was applied for 1/6/23 & completed 1/12/23.
4) Water and Sewer availabilities applied for on 1/6/23 and completed 2/16/23.
5) Single family residence permit Permit No: BLD2023-0174 applied for 2/13/2023, intake was
denied on 2/16/2023 as plan information was incomplete.
6) Intake review 2, came in on 4/19/2023 & was accepted on 4/24/2023. We billed for plan review
fees which were paid that day. We assigned 1st round of reviews due 6/6/2023.
7) On 4/24/2023 we received a demo permit application Permit No: BLD2023-0175. Assigned due
date of 6/5. Was approved on 6/20/23 & placed on hold until SFR permit is ready.
8) Most reviews were done before due date except Trees, which completed 7/5/23 and Engineering
which finished on 6/30/23. Sent all comments to applicants on 7/6/2023. Multiple inquiries were
sent to Engineering and Trees by permit coordinator.
9) Comments were read on 7/13/2023. 8/14/2023 sent inquiry to applicant asking when a resub
would be coming in. Sent another email 8/26/23 asking about resub, received response that they
were still working on it. 9/28/2023 sent another email, they again responded they were working on
it.
10) On 10/9/2023 (over 3 months later) we received resubmitted plans- RESUB1. Most reviews done
promptly, sent special inspection agreement to applicant on 11/1/2023. This form completed and
returned 11/6/2023.
11) All City reviews completed by 12/21/2023, after being held up by Engineering. Sent comments.
(Multiple inquires were sent to Engineering by permit coordinator)
12) On 1/31/2024 1 sent an email to applicants asking about when we will get re -sub.
13) Resub 2 came in on 2/2/2024 with a target date of 2/16/2024.
14) Resub reviews completed on 3/28/2024, sent corrections from Engineering and Planning. Those
were read 3/28 and again 4/8/2024, but no resubmission yet.
15) We are still waiting for Side Sewer permit, Right of way Permit and Water meter to be applied for.
