It is closest in name but misrepresents the usage patterns for a high touch sales process like a car dealership where a very small number of customers spend a prolonged amount of time with a small number ofsales staff. The misrepresentation is exaggerated by the huge Physical size of the product and the unique amount of space dedicated to sales psychology I human factors. Data from the store owners who have been established as a car dealership at this site for a long time conclude that they will only encounter at peak 15 customers at a time with I sales person for every 1-2 customers (1.5 avg). Typical values during the day would be closer to around 34 customers at once. This history is how we arrived at our value of 25 for the whole sales floor. This is also reflected in the total customer parking provision of only 8 stalls Supporting at most the same 15 customers if nearly every customer arrived in a double occupancy car. Its also important to realize that the sales staff and those 16 customers will occupy the sales offices, the sales floor, or the parking lot at any one time, but not simultaneously.
