Sundays and Federal Holidays. At all other times the noise originating fi-om construction sites /activities must comply with the
noise limits of Chapter 5.30, unless a variance has been granted pursuant to BCC 5.30.120.
• Applicant, on behalf of his or her spouse, heirs, assigns, and successors in interests, agrees to indemnify defend and hold
harrilless the City of Edmonds, Washington, its officials, employees, and agents from any and all claims for damages of

5. The proposal protects the critical area functions and values consistent with the best
available science and results in no net loss of critical functions and values; and
6. The proposal is consistent with other applicable regulations and standards.

mitigate its impacts on critical areas and/or does not comply with the criteria in ECDC 23.40.160 and
