On behalf of the Planning Division, I have conducted a cursory review of the a 37ereUCeno building S114M
permit application for intake. During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the fo owin
information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items
forintake:
1. Height Calculations:
a. Existing Grade: The height calculations do not appear to be based off the undisturbed soil as
SSE A.iP required byECDC21.40.030. There is approximatelyf ive feet indifference between the average
t ri • .O SFbw% grade calculations from the shoreline pemit (PLN2018-0071) and those submitted with the

�hg hb.D MarPlat(attached). Please revise the height calculations so they reflect the undisturbed soil as
depicted by the contour lines in the attached from the Vista Del Mar Plat.
b. Height Rectangle: The height rectangle need to be extended to the west to indudeof the covered
SEE ds( f� deck and may only exclude 30 inches of eaves (which appear to extend 36 inches beyond the
deck).

o1 3. Critical Area Notice on Title: A critical area notice on title will be required prior to building permit
issuance. Pursuant ECDC 23.40.270. B, sites with field-verif ied presence of critical areas and/or critical
area buffers for which a permit application is submitted shall as a condition of permit issuance, record
a notice of the existence of the critical area and/or critical area bufferagainst the property with the
Snohomish County Auditors Office. Once a complete application has been submitted, staff will
provide the critical area notice.
Once the application has been accepted and a complete review has been conducted there may be

Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
and Friday between 8:00am 4:30 pm or Wednesday8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
