Reinforcing Steel Inspection:
A Krazan & Associates arrive onsite on -time for Reinforcing steel Inspection we meet with the
Contractor about the details of the Inspection. Contractor had placed the Reinforcing steel Footing grid
line @ N1-N3/W1-W4 & interior footing. We verified the reinforcing steel for size, grade, clearances,
Dimension, Spacing. See Structural note S2.1 for more details.
In our opinion, the reinforcing steel was place in general accordance to the approved plan and specification.

A Krazan & Associates Inc. representative arrived on site as scheduled for reinspection of J rebars
with Anchors & concrete inspection for all Footings & Grade beams.
Reinspection of J bars Steel & Anchor rods
Prior to today's site visit, footings, grade beams & dowels had already been inspected by our
inspector (see Joseph Aranas Report 09621219DFR682021).
As part of the reinspection work for today, it was observed that contractor placed J rebars with
Anchor rods for two locations at grid lines N1/W1 & at gridlines N1/W2 per project plans
7/S4.1& 2/S7.1.
Concrete Inspection
CADMAN supplied concrete with mix#P3C55414 (concrete was called out 3500psi@28days)
and poured by using a concrete boom pump. Also, mechanical vibrators were used for
consolidation.
Concrete was tested & verified for temperature & slump. A total of (5) 4x8 cylinders (Lab
Cure) were also cast for compressive strength test assessment.
