Based on site plans intake 12/13/22, sheet A1.1, top figure the following conclusion is drawn:
The total new + replace impervious surface is 1,965.3 square feet. This includes polygons 4-8
and 11 on this drawing. In a recent Zoom meeting with the owners and the architect, this was
confirmed, including that polygon 4 includes the deck stairs.
Since this is under 2,000 square feet of new + replaced hard surface only, minimum
requirement not 2 applies (Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention).
