Per my conversation on 1/31/2020 with Chris Pickering, the property owner, regarding garbage and
recycling pick up for his project on 302 6`h Ave S, Edmonds, WA:
This project consists of three zero lot line single-family residences, each with their own 32 gallon
garbage can and recycle can. All cans to be located in an enclosure on site until pick-up day when at that
time each individual SFR owner will, per Chris Pickering's directions, stage their cans at the sidewalk on
Vh Ave South.

Sound Disposal is approving this site plan as presented to us by Chris Pickering for the project at
302 6Ih Ave S. Edmonds, WA 98020. This approval is for the life of the buildings at this property
site.
