Dear Ms. Nelson:
This letter is to accompany drawings recently submitted to document a proposed revision to the
permitted repair work outlined in permit BLD2022-0709. The proposed revision that was
submitted through MyBuildingPermit.com on March 22, 2024 outlines the addition of a rated wall
assembly near Grid J of the existing building. A subsequent comment by the contractor has
identified that the existing conditions were slightly different to what was originally shown. This is
now depicted in the revision posted May 6, 2024. Should you have any further comments or
