BUILDING HEIGHT - SURVEY CERTIFICATION
On JULY 20th, 2023, I, Joe Willis, PLS., field verified the elevation of the Ridge Line of the new
residence located at 23511 74th Ave W.
The elevation of the Ridge Line was measured at a height of 320.10' (NAVD88). Being 0.10'
lower than the allowable height from ABE (said allowable difference being 25.00', and said ABE
being 295.20') as approved on 3/5/23 by.
