On 11/17/2023, I field verified the elevation of the roof of the new residence located at
702 CEDAR ST, EDMONDS, WA 98020. The elevation of the roof ridge is 213.50' (NAVD
88).
A maximum roof elevation of 213.85' (NAVD 88) is indicated on the approved site plan
for permit number BLD2021-0742, as approved by Donovan Akau on 02/07/2023.
