We performed an on -site visit at the above referenced project to inspect the floor framing
cantilevering at stair landing/hallway. We find the 2 x 12 doubler and TJI joists cantilevering
and attachment to the LVL header beam is structurally acceptable.
The soldier pile wall was not installed, therefore monitoring for deflections/movement is not
required.
