Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, The straw shall be removed from both the west and east sides of the house and the soils shall be compost amended per city standard detail SD-642. Please make sure to include the area on the east property line near the utility pole. 2. The frame on the manhole in the front yard shall be mudded down. 3. The frame on the catch basin in the front yard shall be mudded down. 4. The edge of the driveway that borders the alley shall be backed up with crushed rock. 5. Since the wrong cast iron lamphole cover was installed on the 6" sewer lateral at the alley please either swap it out with the cast iron lamphole cover in the front yard or drill a 3/4" pick hole in the lid. 6. Pour a 2' x 2' concrete leveling collar around the 12" cast iron lamphole cover at the alley.
