A new administration building has been constructed. It is a steel framed building. The roof is framed with steel joists
spaced at 6'-0" OC and metal deck. The roof gravity system and building lateral system were both designed with a 5psf
allowance over the entire roof. Please refer to the attached design load summary from the original structural
calculations. Per the solar panel submittal, the solar array has an average weight of 4.3psf.
The structure is adequate to support the weight of the solar array. If any additional information is required, please do
