Subject: Port of Edmonds Administration Building — Building Height
Dear Ms. Harris:
This letter is to document the height of the new Port of Edmonds Administration Building located at
471 Admiral Way, Edmonds, WA. A field survey was performed on the morning of February 8, 2024
which related the elevation of several roof features and the first floor with the NAVD 1988 vertical
datum as published by the Washington State Department of Transportation for the benchmark "TIDAL
9 1969" located approximately 300' northwest of the building site. Table 1 below identifies measured
elevations and allowable elevations per building permit plans dated October 5, 2021 and provided to
Reid Middleton by Jackson Main Architecture.
