The work was identified by ISA Certified Arborist Chris Bergin his recent April 8, 2024, report. He identified areas of inadequate street clearance on Main St. This application is for the ROW permit to work in the parking lane on Main St to trim the trees he identified to raise them over the street to provide clearance as indicated in the site plan below in green on Main St, as well as prune out any broken and hanging branches.
