Attached are the unit specs and unit location. The outdoor unit's height is 22 inches
and the distance from the property line on side of house is 8 feet.

Hello,
The permit you just received over the counter via
www.mybuildingpermit.com has been put on hold & is not considered valid
right now. You didn't pick the correct mechanical unit type & wrote mini -split
in comments. Any outdoor units are not OTC & are a bit more money. Please
supply manufacturer specs, a site plan showing unit location,
measurements to property line & unit height. Once I get this, I will review, bill
you for the remaining amount due & take the permit off hold.
Do not install unit until these items are completed.

The Development Services Permit Center is open M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone
and Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available Mon -Fri
8:30am to 2:00om. closed for lunch 12-1om: a000intments are encouraged. I work
remotelv 3-4 days a week. but on Mondays I am always in office.
