PROTECT STRUCTURES, UTILITIES, PAVEMENTS, AND OTHER FACILITIES FROM DAMAGE CAUSED BY SETTLEMENT, LATERAL MOVEMENT, UNDERMINING WASHOUT AND OTHER HAZARDS CREATED BY OPERATIONS UNDER THIS SECTION. TRAFFIC CONTROL 1. THE CONTRACTOR IS ADVISED THAT ALL LANE CLOSURES SHALL BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.
