License. Please have them attain one ASAP. This can be done through the DOR website.

Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available Mon -Fri 8:30am to 2:00pm,
closed for lunch 12-1pm; appointments are encouraged. I work remotely 3-4 days a week, but on
Mondays I am always in office.
