9309 Bowdoin Way Demolition
This project will demolish and dispose of the existing 1-story structure at 9309 Bowdoin Way.
This project will also remove dead, diseased, and invasive tree and plants, as well as protect the
remaining trees on the property.
This property was gifted to the City Parks, Recreation, and Human Services Department by the estate of
Shirley Johnson.
The house is in very poor condition, and is not viable to remain in place for any useful reason.
The City has not decided what the future Parks use of this parcel may be, and for now removal of the
hazardous existing structures is the priority.
