ALL WORK SHALL BE APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURERS LATEST RECOMMENDATIONS OR WRITTEN DIRECTIONS. 7. SUBMIT A LIST OF PROPOSED PRODUCT SUBMITTALS AND SHOP DRAWINGS TO THE OWNER FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO START Or CONSTRUCTION. 8. WHERE CONSTRUCTION D"TAILS ARE NOT SHOWN OR NOTED FOR ANY PART OF THE WORK, THE DETAILS SHALL BE THE SAME AS FOR OTHER SIMILAR WORK. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE BUILDING OWN ERIARCHITECTIENGINEER HARMLESS FOR INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS OR FOR DAMAGETO PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE CONTRACTOR, HIS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUBCONTRACTORS. 18. APPROVED PLANS SHALL BE KEPT IN A PLAN BOX AND SHALL NOT BE USED BY ANY WORKERS. ALL CONSTRUCTION SETS SHALL REFLECT THE SAME INFORMATION AS WELL AS ALL REVISIONS, ADDENDA, AND CHANGE ORDERS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO MAINTAIN IN GOOD CONDITION, ONE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS WITH ALL tRF_MIONS, ADDENDA, AND QHANGE ORDERS, ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES WHICH ARE TO BE UNDER THE CARE OF THE JOB SUPERINTENDENT. 19. ALL WORK SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR AFTER COMPLETION, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, AND SHALL BE SO STATED IN CONTRACTOR'S WRITTEN PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT. VERIFY ALL DOOR AND WINDOW ROUGH OPENING DIMENSIONS WITH DOOR AND WINDOW . MANUFACTURERS. 28.
