Krazan and Associates, Inc. rep. arrived at the welding shop as per requested. Onsite, met with the welders from
Northwest Erection Fab. Reviewed the details of the welding connections. Performed visual inspection on the items.
Found some welding profile issues from overhead welding however it's been fixed and all welding connections were
acceptable as per plan and AWS D1.1.
