A Krazan and Associates, Inc. representative was on site today for welded wire mesh (WWM) placement inspection.
Upon arriving on site met with contractor and location & design noted.
We observed the placement of 6x6 W 1.4xW l .4 welded wire mesh on level #2 metal deck (walking area) gridline F-
G7.7-10, F-G/11-12.5. We verified the placement of WWM for size, grade, spacing, clearances, lap and general
overall placement. In our opinion, the welded wire mesh was placed in general conformance to the approved
structural plans and specifications (Refer drawing sheets S.001, S.102, S.601 and RFI No. 71).
