Krazan representative was requested on -site for inspection and observation of concrete placement.
Concrete Placement:
Location, minimum compressive strength, and all other spec requirements were noted. Concrete was for
slab on metal deck. Slump and temperature all met the requirements within tolerance. Concrete truck
arrived onsite and concrete was mixed on -site. Inspector has asked for the amount of aggregate, sand, ,
cement, and water but was not given then information per the concrete company, Quick Concrete
Company. One (1) set of five (5) samples were made and left on -site in cure box. Refer to
09623144CR12272023RC-1 for break report.
