from the front of the beam. How would you like us to proceed with repairs to the beam, 3 joist,

INFORMATION RESPONSE
Repair deteriorated deck beam (cantilevered 4x12 typ.) and edge deck joist, and rim
joist at unit 3H per the attached detail sketch. Replace rusty existing straps at joists to
match existing, or use Simpson LSTA12.
