Total occupancy per code = 22 (11 total employees proposed)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Applicant shall repair/replace all
damage to utilities or frontage
improvements in City right-of-way
per city standards that is caused or
occurs during the permitted project.
NO CHANGES PROPOSED TO TRASH RECEPTACLES/
TRASH LOCATION. IF CHANGES ARE TO OCCUR,
PERMITS/APPROVALS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE CITY
