Edmonds Permitting Division & My Building Permit:
This letter is to inform you that Mill Park Condominiums has contracted with A Roofing/A RFG LLC to replace
the roof on Building F at the address of 7305 224th St SW, Edmonds, WA.
The project will commence the week of 9/2/24 A Roofing/A RFG LLC will be removing the existing PVC
roofing and replacing it with new PVC roofing. They will remove the existing composition roofing and replace it
with new composition roofing. They will install all necessary flashings and components.
A Roofing/ A RFG, LLC has worked with the HOA at Mill Park Condominiums to ensure the color options and
roofing material match the bylaws of the HOA.
