Re: Paradise Heights Roof Peak As -Built
To whom it may concern,
This letter is a report on the elevation of the upper most roof peak or Building 'A' currently
under construction in Edmonds, Parcel No. 27032500302600.
On April 13th, 2022 our field crew located the highest roof peak of Building 'A' and found it to
be at elevation 293.5. This elevation is tied to NAVD88 and confirmed by existing elevations
shown on the Approved Plan Set.
A 5" electronic total station and RTK GPS unit was used for this field traverse survey. Accuracy
meets or exceeds W.A.C. 332-130-090.
