The Board approves the application because the documents submitted meet the requirements of
the COA Governing Documents and State Law. Specifically, the proposed installation will not
adversely affect the building's structural integrity, sound transmission characteristics, mechanical
systems, electrical systems, any other unit or any Common Elements. The proposed installation
will comply with the governing documents and state law because the installation will conform to
the specifications and standards for existing equipment. ne original building specifications and

licensed, insured and bonded as required by the COA governing documents. X signed and

any cost of, or damages from installation, use, maintenance, repairs and replacement or
modifications are the sole responsibility of the current and any future owners of Unit
Verification that the Hold Harmless Agreement was recorded as required with Snohomis

The Board's approval is for only the specified proposal as explained in the scope of work
submitted by the owner of Unit 1,J_ and any modifications will require further review and
approval by the Board.
All referenced documents will be held on file by Port Gardner Management Company on behalf
of the 50 Pine COA and available for review upon request by any member of the COA.
