Observed the placement of 5/8" threaded rod for HDU2 hold downs for Main Floor shear walls. Holes
drilled 3/" round x 10" deep and cleaned as per manufacture's recommendation. Threaded rod epoxy
grouted with counter clockwise twisting motion to remove air. Simpson 3G exp. 8/1/25. GSN, S 1.2/6/24.
Note: additional time spent on site due to malfunction of epoxy gun. Contractor had to leave and replace
epoxy cartridge and gun. Krazan remained on site.
