To Whom it May Concern,
On Thursday, April 181h, 2024 my survey field crew visited the property at 424 Daley St.,
Edmonds WA for the purpose of measuring the elevation of the constructed peak
elevation of onsite DADU. Peak elevation was recorded on the top surface of asphalt
shingle ridge cap.
The result based upon NAVD'88 elevation datum was as follows:
• Building peak height = 100.88 ft.
• Average grade at building "footprint" = 70.63 ft.
