To Whom it May Concern,
On Thursday, April 18t", 2024 my survey field crew visited the property at 424 Daley St.,
Edmonds WA for the purpose of measuring both the average grade and elevation of the
constructed peak elevation of onsite DADU. The result as shown hereon are based upon
datum point (manhole) shown on construction plans @ 72.00 ft.
Building peak height:
Peak elevation was recorded on the top surface of asphalt shingle ridge cap = 109.79 ft.
Thickness of roofing material = 1-1/2"
Peak height = 109.66 ft.
Average grade:
NW building corner = 79.48' SW building corner = 79.19' NE building corner = 79.66'
SE building corner = 79.83'. Total = 318.16' div.by 4 = 79.54'
Average Grade = 79.54 ft.
