On August 26, 2024, TNLS field verified the elevation of the roof peak of the new residence located at 424
Daley St. Edmonds, WA 98020. The maintenance hole at the intersection of Daley St and the apartment
entrance to the West of the site was used as the site benchmark elevation of 72' (no datum listed on the
approved plans). The elevation of the roof peak and ground elevations are as follows:
Roof Peak elevation = 106.54'
Ground elevation = 76.56'
Height = 29.98' high
