Please be advised that Hearthside Condominium Owners Association has authorized the owner
of Unit H, Benjamin D. Miller & Diane P. Miller, to contract with Clearview Construction Services
LLC, 18417 100th AVE SE Snohomish, WA 98204 to rebuild/ restore their deck located at 23616
Edmonds Way, Unit H, Edmonds, WA 98026 at a quoted cost of $10,000. This letter was
requested by Benjamin & Diane Miller to be provided by the Association and provided to the
City of Edmonds as part of the permit application process. As previously stated, the project is
authorized by the Association and the quoted cost of the project represents less than 5% of the
total valuation of the building. For insurance purposes the valuation of the eight (8) unit
complex is currently $1,910,500 or $238,812 per unit.
