Revisions have been made to the current permitted civil plan for the Port of Edmonds Administration building.

1. The frontage improvements have been extended south to also include the sidewalk ramp and first two
panels of the sidewalk south of the entrance. Per discussions with Natalie Griggs the sidewalk panel
with the existing fire hydrant will remain. The new sidewalk will maintain the same curb line as in
front of the new building and will taper to match the existing sidewalk at the existing joint nearest the
hydrant.
2. Two new catch basins have been added in the gutter line in the same area. These will collect the
drainage at the two low points in the curb line that typically pool water during rain events. The
drainage will be routed to the catch basin to the north by a 12" diameter ductile iron pipe.
