The following are proposed revisions to building permit, including commission meeting room and
equipment screen updates. Revisions are clouded with delta 4 on drawings for your review. Please see
following for a detailed list of revised items:
Commission Meetine Room Revisions:
Level 2 floor plan has been revised to include a larger Commission Meeting Room as an assembly space
for the office area, with two (2) additional restrooms. The leasable office at the northeast corner of level
2 has been removed from plan. The following sheets have been revised to reflect this change:
• G0.00 Cover Sheet
o Project Description and Building Data table revised to include assembly occupancy.
Egress and plumbing calcs have been updated accordingly.
• G0.01_Project Info and Annotation Key
o Fire and Life Safety Notes has been updated to reference fire stopping requirements
and details.
• G0.02_Energy Code / Green Bldg. Initiatives / Area Plans
o Energy Notes revised to include assembly occupancy.
o Area calculation diagrams revised to show assembly space.
• G0.04_ Accessibility Details
o Enlarged plans added for new restrooms.
