Limitations: The presence of our field representative at the site is to provide our client with a source of professional advice, opinions, and recommendations based upon the Feld representative's
observations and testing of the contractor's work. Our services do not include supervision or direction of the contractor, their employees, or agents. Geotechnical recommendations for

ESNW rep was on -site to observe and test road subgrade compaction.
Road subgrade compaction:
While on -site, ESNW rep observed contractor forming the roadway subgrade on paradise lane. ESNW
rep observed contractor using imported 5/8-inch minus crushed rock and compacted the material using a
vibratory drum roller and a plate vibrator. ESNW rep tested and observed the compaction. Density test
results indicate adequate compaction of at least 95% at the tested locations.
ESNW rep will return when requested by the client.
