DIRECTION THAT THE APPROXIMATE WEST HALF OF PARADISE LANE (AS 1 T SITS
ADJACENT TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY) WILL BE RECONSTRUCTED AS A NEW ROAD
SECTION. REMOVAL OF THE CONCRETE ROAD WITH THE NEW ASPHALT ROAD SECTION
AND A BLENDED TAPER INTO THE ADJOINING PARADISE LANE WILL OCCUR. UTILITY
PATCHES WITH LESS THAN 20 FT OF SEPARATION SHALL BE COMBINED AND FULL
