Project 50 Pine 422 HP
Name:
Install one Bosch 27,000 BTU ductless multi split heat pump with 2 high wall fan coil units inside
the living space. This heat pump will replace the existing electric resistance heating system
currently in place. The outdoor heat pump are less than 400 lbs. and will be rooftop mounted on
roofed -in sleepers, with soldered metal sleeper caps for ultimate mechanical connection and leak
protection. The outdoor unit will be mechanically mounted to these sleepers with correctly sized
mason seismic isolation spring housings to prevent vibration to the building structure. This project
Description will include refrigerant line sets that shall be installed inside of custom made (removable top)
of Work: metal gutter systems where they will be exposed to weather and birds. All refrigerant lines are
smaller than 3/4" diameter per the equipment manual. The lines will be pressure tested to ensure
integrity of the refrigerant circuits before final connections to the outdoor heat pump. Condensate
piping is also included to direct the condensate water created by the cooling feature of this system
to an approved location. Electrical will be provided by a licensed contractor to be determined, and
separate electrical permits will be obtained for that work. All for a complete and operational 2 zone
multi split heat pump system.
