Subject: Letter requesting a waiver of the required elevation plans for the following reasons.
1. The existing rooftop is covered with mechanical equipment that was originally installed by Gasline
Mechanical when the building was first constructed and new. The new ductless heat pump being
installed is lower in height than surrounding HVAC Equipment already on the roof of this building
2. The roof perimeter parapet wall on this building is taller than the tallest piece of equipment that is
existing on the roof already.
In addition, there are no existing PDF or CAD Drawing of this building that can be located so creating this
wet stamped drawing would be very costly and likely un-necessary, considering the above comments.
