Background: A brief explanation that gives context to the Commission's policy idea.
Policy Idea: A statement of the Commission's policy idea in simple, concise language.
Rating: This section will be where survey -takers can indicate their rating of the policy
idea.

1. Increase low -density multi -family residential housing (such as triplexes, fourplexes,
courtyard apartments, townhomes, and/or mixed use) along transit routes that are also
adjacent to commercial zones.

2. Designate transition areas that are currently zoned RS-8 AND are adjacent to
multifamily or commercial zones. Encourage small-scale multifamily there i.e., duplexes,
triplexes & quadraplexes.
