One alternate provided comment 4. REVIEW OF AGENDA & MEETING NOTES I. Commission member read the land acknowledgement II. Commission approved September 10, 2020 meeting notes III.Commission approved September 17, 2020 meeting notes with one revision: i. Change date of special meeting from October 19 to October 29 6. SCOPE OF POLICY RECCOMENDATIONS I. Director Hope presented on the typical scope of a policy and presented a draft template • Commission clarified the intent of the 'Optional Information' section of the template 7. STATUS OF ROUND 1 POLICY IDEAS I. Director Hope presented the Summary document of Round 1 Ideas II. Committee leads provided updates on the status of Round 1 Ideas and which they plan to propose as draft policies. i. The Zoning Standards Committee provided a revised policy idea titled 'Medium Density Single Family' III. Commission members asked for time to present two new ideas at the October 29 meeting 8. PROJECT TIMELINE I. The Commission discussed two options for the project timeline; one kept to the original end date of December 2020 and the other with an extended end date of January 2021. II. The Commission will vote on a timeline at the October 29 meeting 9. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT UPDATE I. The current online open house and survey on round 2 ideas is open through October 16, 2020. II. The Commission will receive the survey data on October 26 and a special meeting will be held October 29 to discuss the results of the survey 10. OCTOBER 6 QUARTERLY REPORT TO COUNCIL I. Commission members provided an update on their presentation to Council. 9. ADJOURN
