confirm that the Homeowners Association has granted approval for the roof replacement project at
the property located for all buildings on the property: 8100, 8102, 8104 and 8106 242"d St SW,
Edmonds, WA.
Our approval was provided on June 1, 2024, following the review and assessment of the proposed
roofing plan submitted by State Roofing and a vote by all homeowners.
We understand that this project requires compliance with city regulations and permits, and we are
