We can process your refund request with the below email.
We only refund a portion of the paid amount. In this case it will be $110.40.
We will request the refund, a check will be mailed in about 4 weeks.

The Development Services Permit Center is open M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone and
Digital/Remote access. In-Person walk-in service is currently available Mon-Fri 8:30am to 2:00pm,
closed for lunch 12-1pm; appointments are encouraged. I work remotely 3-4 days a week, but on
Mondays I am always in office.
