Looking at property owners based on square footage. Not final decisions at this point, doing outreach. We have identified 45 stakeholders, please let us know if you have a relationship with any of these that you can reach out to. Larger budget would allow for more paid staff. Treasurer's Report: Presented by Carrie as Lisa was having technical difficulties. On target with assessment revenue, plus $2500 in holiday trolly donations. Holiday spending coming up. The $8,000 that was allocated for the signage project will likely need to be rolled over to next year. New Businesses Added to BID: Ricky- New businesses- Exit Equity, Plant Match Inc, Tandem Psychotherapy, Helix Chiropractic. City Report: Megan -Budget season, Holiday Market starts 1st Sat in Nov, first 4 Sat in Nov, first 3 in Dec. over 100 vendors. 10th anniversary. Chamber Program: none Committee Updates Admin: See President's report. Marketing: Carrie -get businesses to do children's activities to encourage getting off the trolly. Cascadia art museum is involved, Musicology, Main St Commons. City requiring additional insurance, we may need to reallocate budget. Route will change, beginning at Ace, no food and drink. First Dibs-15 participants. Partnering with Washington Kids in Transition for fundraising. Participating locations are also doing wine pours, Nov 23. Specials and activities. $1200 for Website Maintenance moved by Kimberly, seconded by Jen, discussion, unanimous approval. Communication and Outreach: no meeting this month. Museum is looking at doing a business membership to raise funds for projects. Appearance & Environment: no meeting this month.
