CALL TO ORDER
The Edmonds Memorial Cemetery Board was called to order by Greg Sarvis at 3:55 P.M. in
Room 113 of Anderson Center.

III. STAFF REPORT — ARVILLA OHLDE
A. Arvilla presented a corrected statement for the cemetery gift fund (130.100), showing the
proper accounting for all gifts.
B. A further announcement was made that the Cemetery budget remains unchanged.
C. A professional services agreement was presented to the board covering a contract with Cliff
willwerth for the first $28,000 stage of the Cemetery Beautification Project, that stage being
a design development phase. Moved, seconded (Sellers/Hoggins) that the contract be

the Block and Lot Numbers, it was discovered that the Blk number had inadvetantly been
stated as Block 4 rather than Block 3. Cliff noted that certain office records over the years
had been in error on the same ground. Moved, seconded (Hoggins/ Stevenson) that the deed
be corrected after researcing the name of the Grantor Fassett.
C. A possible problem with the Jane Sorenson deed was brought to the attention of the Board.
Cliff was asked to research the matter.
IV. STAFF REPORT — RICH LINDSAY
A. Rich Lindsay reported that approximately 87 pyramidalis will be obtained in January for
planting on the Fast one-half of the Southern bordlr_r of the cemt,trry (along with a small
number of replacement trees for the West one —half of the planting) and will be placed in the
ground in February.
V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Bobbie Sherman outlined the October and November weekly insertions of the ads in the
Edmonds Beacon and the Enterprise: Cliff Edwards suggested a change in wording as
foiiows: "many cremation plots and casket burial sites for sale." Edmonds Memorial

VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Moved, seconded (Sellers/Hoggins) that up to $50 be authorized to buy the annual Christmas
Wreath. Carried.
B. Greg Sarvis suggested that we all look at the Cemetery Web page with the goal of
improvement. Also to inspect "Redmond" web pages for ideas.
