Remove railings from 12 decks and stage for reinstallation. Demo and haul away existing
plywood fascia and drip edge flashing. Demo and haul away sheathing behind fascia. Install new
OSB sheathing and HardiePanel fascia where removed. Bid assumes metal drip edge at bottom
of fascia to remain. Remove and replace damaged gypsum soffits at edges of deck. Includes up
