As the representing agent for the client Jayred Potter, I am writing in response to some of the "Interior
remodel submittal requirements" stated through the portal. We are waiving the required documents
such as Energy, Mechanical, and Demolition as we feel it does not pertain to our current scope of
work. We will be focusing on the interior spaces such as the kitchen, master bathroom, and guest
bathroom. We intend to replace the existing cabinetry, and the existing appliances, as well as
upgrade the existing plumbing fixtures in those spaces. We will also be adding a window in the
master bath and replacing a window in the kitchen. The engineer's stamp and calculation have been
included in the set and submittal. All these internal changes do not affect the existing footprint or
